Oregon Status of IP43, it disappeared from SOS search results?

When I searched for IP43 this morning at SOS website it didn't bring up any results for IP 43. Anybody have the link to the status page for IP 43?

I read the letter and the reasons the AG gave for keeping "assault" and "large capacity" in the caption are ridiculous. They could have used "semi-automatic" and simply "magazine" instead. They are clearly biased and are likely drooling and licking their chops at the chance to write up these new laws.
