Faithful liberals in Seattle, Bellingham, Everett, Tacoma, Spokane, Bremerton and Mercer Island will be glued to their television sets during tonight’s State of the Union speech, and if Dennis Henigan at the Brady Center has anything to say about it, they will hear Barack Obama make some historic statement about guns.

I'll be surprised if you hear a peep about gun control in the SOTU. If anything he might mention something about addressing the need for more mental health help. As far as any magazine bans or reinstating the AWB he stands almost nothing to gain and plenty to lose if he mentions it. Like the far left is going to vote for a Republican in 2012 if Obama doesn't talk gun control? NAH.
