Amazingly, bureaucrats working in Michigan's Department of Health and Human Services, are asking would be Foster parents and Adoptive parents to remove some guns from households, and make sure that all guns in the home are locked up and not readily accessible to ANYONE in the family. In one case, a caseworker even demanded that a grandfather give them the serial numbers of all of his firearms, before they would approve him and his wife as foster parents for their own grandson.
Three of these families have now filed a lawsuit in Michigan in an effort to stop these practices by MDHHS that infringe on the 2nd Amendment. Here is a link to more info:
