This is a Star PD .45ACP pistol. It comes with one six round mag. It can be carried cocked and locked like a 1911 allowing a capacity of six + one. I believe it's stainless, although Star had a "Starvel" finish which was some type of nickel.

I just bought this, I cleaned and lubed it, but haven't fired it. I've decided to go back to a Commander length 1911. I've recently tried a number of other pistols and have realized that I should just carry what I've carried for years and be done with it.
