I shot one of these back in the late 80's. They're built hell-for-strong. Like a 9mm tank. The extra weight makes 9mm feel like a 22lr. It was quite accurate, and had a fully adjustable rear sight. I especially enjoyed the feel of the action. The recoil and slide cycle was one smooth movement. Can't go wrong with an 30M in good condition (except maybe for carry).

If I remember correctly the 30M was submitted for the same 80's DOD testing that gave us the Beretta.
