Only justifiable with immediate physical threat.
Well if some is breaking the law entering my home or coming at me/ my family that to me would constitute an immediate threat to me.

I think it's an assine statment to say I have to run from my home my personal space in any way possible to escape an intruder rather than put them down.

Thats why there's more and more criminals. Laws protect them. And violate out right to protect ourselves.
