100LL is what I use, it does cost more but will last for a very long time compared to other fuels, and you do not need to add anything to it. It will damage any newer car with a catalytic converter though. I make sure all of my small engines have 100LL in it before I store them for any length of time. My generator has not been used in almost 3 years and last month I wanted to see if it would start if I lose power this winter, it fired right up on the second pull. The engines runs cooler than regular gas as well. It works great in 2 stroke mixed gas/fuel engines as well.
