Comes with everything as purchased: hard case, manual, 3-19 round stainless steel magazines, 2-interchangeable back straps, holster, double magazine pouch, quick loader, lock, and factory fired test cases. Does it have a ported barrel and adjustable sight?

The barrel of the 5.25 is not ported but the top of the slide is cut out for weight and to provide better balance. The rear sight is adjustable for windage and elevation.
