How can the NRA be the new KKK (did they give up their trademark?) I though the NRA was the countrys oldest CIVIL RIGHTS ORGANIZATION.

From Wiki

"The National Rifle Association of America (NRA) is an American non-profit 501(c)(4) lobbying group[1][2] that advocates for the protection of the Second Amendment of the United States Bill of Rights, and the promotion of firearm ownership rights as well as marksmanship, firearm safety, and the protection of hunting and self-defense in the United States."

Doesn't that say the NRA advocates the protection of the 2nd admendment of the Bill of Rights? Wouldn't that be the same kind of thing other CIVIL RIGHTS groups do? They work to protect the RIGHTS as guanteed in the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

SO how do they manage to be the the new KKK

They look at everything through "liberal progressive" goggles...:s0001:

Man! If a right winger made a statement like that against a left wing organization, there would be hell to pay. But it's ok if a Left Winger says it?!?!?!

THAT I just don't understand....

Jason Whitlock is a "shock-jock" journalist. His articles are often controversial. This should not surprise anyone who has read this mouth piece's articles before...

Ever read 1984? Newspeak, here we come... "The basic idea behind Newspeak was to remove all shades of meaning from language, leaving simple dichotomies (pleasure and pain, happiness and sadness, good thoughts and thoughtcrimes) which reinforce the total dominance of the State. A staccato rhythm of short syllables was also a goal, further reducing the need for deep thinking about language.

In addition, words with opposite meanings were removed as redundant, so "bad" became "ungood." Words with similar meanings were also removed, so "best" became "doubleplusgood." In this manner, as many words as possible were removed from the language. The ultimate aim of Newspeak was to reduce even the dichotomies to a single word that was a "yes" of some sort: an obedient word with which everyone answered affirmatively to what was asked of them."
