Saw your ad. I bought a carrier (one under shirt and one uniform stye) from SafeLifeDefense two years ago. Since then I've gone from 240 to 200 and there is enough length in the Velcro for shifting the cumberbun and panels around. You might consider that.

I've been really happy with mine.
