This is a Spikes tactical barrel with factory pinned FSB it is Chrome lined 1/7 twist It was sold to me from a dealer as new but appears to have been test fired. it is missing the front site post assembly
The shine you see on it is just glue for the sticker that was on it.

Per the picture it doesn't have a muzzle device at all.

And I'm apparently blind as a bat. I saw pinned and immediately associated it with a pinned flash hider instead of the fight sight base without looking much at the photo. I'll slowly slink away now in shame.
