Spike's Tactical Compressor AR15 billet upper receiver. Designed specifically to be suppressed, with gas vent holes milled into the top picatinny rail on the upper. This was never sold in pieces, only as a complete upper with the barrel and suppressor for an MSRP of over $2k! Super rare, you will not find this anywhere else.
