I have a Spikes 'Punisher' M4 Lower, with the factory LPK, a very smooth trigger, and in perfect condition. Less then 200 rounds fired with this receiver. (I decided to go with the Tactical Innovations Lower for my 7.62x39 setup.) Adjustable stock is new and has the US-CAR-04 full rubber butt pad. The Punisher emblem shows White in the picture but the color of the the emblem is Silver. The price is $275 and I will ship it to your FFL for only $15 (Insured). This one is pretty unique! I will sell to anyone that is legally allowed to own it and your FFL must be able to accept from a Private Seller.
