This was used with a PM9 and a CM9 but I believe it's made to fit most if not all Kahrs. It appears a little big for the P/CM though it's plenty secure and super comfortable.

Yep, Crossbreeds will fit every single Kahr model except the P380. You may need to use a hair dryer on high to soften the Kydex to fit a PM45/CW45/P45/TP45. That's what CB suggests and it works!
