When reloading SPEER "once fired" brass casings does anyone else find them to be a pain to slide into the shell holder? I don't have a problem with them on a turret press only on a progressive shell holder plate. Dunno.

Yup....sorting brass helps.

Different manufacturers have their own set of problems (sometimes).
Like for instance (sometimes).....
Brass thickness can make a difference.
Primer flash hole size and general primer pocket size specs can also show it's ugly head too.

Yeah......(not even speaking of the Berdan Primers) well, ever noticed how tight or not a flash hole can be? Then, how about when reseating a new primer in the primer pocket?

YES.....speaking of seating effort. The various primer manufacturers will sometimes contribute to some iffy results too.

Aloha, Mark
