Marlin 1895 CB, 45-70 GOV, Lever Action, ultra rare, this is the 30 millionth Marlin, 1895, this special gun was built by Marlin in North Haven, CT, and is one of the most important, modern Marlins. Engraved by Bob Bunting in 2007 with spectacular workmanship, with large scroll, Marlin Horse and Rider on a reverse gold background, a buffalo on the left side, surrounded by gold line work. This extensive ornate lever gun, features the finest piece of wood stored in the Marlin archives, gold wash butt plate and forend cap, full magazine, full octagon barrel. Remains new and unfired. The cost of the gun is less than the workmanship that was put into the gun. This is not commemorative, but the actual 30 millionth gun. A wonderful investment
