Have you sent a personal message to the seller? That's the usual way to let somebody know that you're interested in making a deal - depending on their settings, there's a good chance they'll get an email alert when you contact them by that method.

Of course the seller would have to be willing to do a transfer at an FFL which is does not look like he wants.
