SP101 Wood Grips

I'm looking for wood grips for my 2" SP101. Looking through Google images I see some have a very "flat" angle to them, I don't like that. I would like a darker wood, and prefer checkering. I think I've narrowed it down to Hogue or Eagle. What should I go with? I've never seen Hogues wood in person, but I do not want it to look like a machine made them, I want more of a hand made quality grip.

Hey bud, did you grab some grips yet? I had a set of badger boot grips on the "womans" 101. Looked and felt super qual. Check em out.

Don't know about the SP101, but I had Hogue wood grips on some other pistols/revolvers and found them very well finished, fit, and functional.
