OMG... When I looked at the title of this thread my first thought someone was having problems finding targets. This lead me to wonder how it could be that enough targets were being used (with the present ammo situation) to create a shortage.

Magnum Target has the 1/5 scale metallic silhouette targets for about 60 bucks. That's the 20 piece set. They are unpainted, and you'll have to weld on the bases. They are 1/4" a-36, which is what I shoot for rimfire.
