As much as we like to see stories like this. If you had more "street justice" a lot of good people would die.
All the gang bangers would be doing it because someone "disrespected them".

We feel good about this because bad people should meet a bad fate. Makes me feel good.
Courts, jails, and out criminal justice system in general is a joke.
These people need to be removed from the earth. Jail only makes them worse, they aren't afraid to go to jail, and they WILL reoffend when released.

Let's see, he picks up two women, and then takes them for a ride into the great outdoors.

They break free and escape.

He had not been seen since that time until his remains were identified.

I have an scenario in my head based on those two facts, but I'm going going any further with it.
