Does it even still work? I get this a OLD dual core but does the battery actually hold charge? does it come with power supply? Are the harddrives operating fine? no clicks or skips?

Must say I am amazed this will hold Win10 reliably being such dated hardware. GLWS

yeap runs great. 8-10 hrs with external battery 2-3 without. I put in a 128GB ssd and no issues I can tell, I never had an issues minus the piece of plastic. I love it for the size and power. I just went to a 15" so I can play games.
