I was in my local gunshop today and saw the Springfield Armory EMP in .40S&W and I am very tempted. Someone who owns this gun please tell me some bad things about it to prevent me from putting it on lay-a-way. :)

There's usually no stopping you once you've posted about a new acquisition :D

You should make sure you're at the GunBroker at 10am, or I'll beat you to it! ;)

Just remember that there may be a nice S&W wheel gun there instead ;)

I just picked up a nice pre-lock 4" m686 the other day. It is time for an auto loader now. :)

Cocked and locked carry has the potential of being very dangerous! You should avoid it at all costs! But by the looks of the EMP I have a feeling one would enjoy drilling and getting plenty acquainted with it. It's a sweetie! :D

Nah, quality MIM parts do not scare me when they are low stress items...but nice try. :)
