Hey Doc,

Every time I pound my fist into my forehead it hurts. Do you have any clues to cure this, or can you prescribe something to at least ease the pain?

There is that joke that goes, "guy went to the doctor and said 'doc, it hurts every where I poke with my index finger,' and the doc says 'that's because your finger is broken'

The thing is, you can never have a meaningful discussion with a person like that.
They feel threatened and feel it's something they have to win, even if it's only on volume.

I just hate the lack of common sense and they can't look into facts. They have to try to twist them into their favor somehow.
