A few months ago I traded into both of these fine rifles. My intent was to get into muzzle loading, however, one of life's curve balls decided to be pitched.

Due to one of my other listings selling, I am able to open this up to trades. Please be aware, I know the value of this rifle, you can low ball me but you can expect me to say no.
I have a Thompson Center Hawken Cougar, 50 cal. percussion black powder rifle. Asking $500. I traded for this at the same time as the Renegade. The previous owner had shot it, but no idea for round count. It was extremely well taken care of. In very good condition. I have never fired it. It went into the safe.

With the latest update to the NWF site, I can't seem to post pictures. So, the above are links to the pictures.

As far as trades: make an offer, if I am interested we will see where it goes.

PM me here if you are interested. I am willing to travel as far south as Woodburn. However, don't expect me to travel all the way to you.
Because these are black powder, different shipping rules apply, so if i needed to ship, the buyer pays all shipping costs.

That is nice. I bought one new the only year they made them. I couldn't bear to take it out in the field to scratch it so I sold it to a friend and he has taken several deer with it.
