Yes, precisely. Not sure what their angle is, since he doesn't answer at the phone number he posts, but he's a spammer either way. Their posts have reported.

EDIT: Just talked to this person on the phone. Apparently they sent this same message to a lot of people because they are shopping around for a new gun. It is not a scam.
