Conforms to shape of your hand while providing support through molded ridges for fingers, thumb and heel of hand. Installs easily with provided hex screws. Also includes extended bolt release lever if you want to install it (optional).

In perfect shape. It will accommodate a wide range of hand sizes, but I have tiny hands and it is just a tad too large to be comfortable - still helped my score, even over the fancy grips that came on the Mark III Competition Model, but I went for a smaller grip anyway.

EDIT: It WILL work on a Mark II
The difference is that the Mark III has a mag release button near the trigger. This grip has that button molded into it. So it should also work on the Mark II, the button just wouldn't be functional, but the grip could then be moved between Mark II and Mark III as desired.
