This saddle mount came in a Remington box, but I'm not sure where it was mfg. This particular model used to retail for $40 and is no longer made.

Gently used only a couple of times and never in the field. Installs using existing pin holes in your receiver, no gunsmithing required. Perfect for mounting a red dot. Includes a couple of spacers, I assume the spacers are for a 20 ga. receiver. Mine was mounted on an 870 and fit perfectly.
