Sorry for the delay in all of this. Right after posting, I had to run to Seattle on an unexpected errand and just got to the computer. I think I may have listed it too low from all the responses, but it sold to the first PM that I got. I will keep the PM's and contact the next in line if that falls through but it looks pretty solid.
