Not sure on Tula or Izhevsk, I'll do some research. What/where do I find the info on the gun? I pick it up on a trade, never shot it. Not sure how to answer your refirb question, it doesn't look it, but again, not positive. Willing to look at what you need/take more specific pictures as well.

It should say it with a stamp on the receiver or in the importers engraving perhaps?
