HUmans evolved eating protien - not a lot of that in vegetables. Never seen a vegetarian that didn't need to supplement their diet, and those who don't are pretty sickly. Most can't stick with the vegetarian thing for the long haul. I dated a vegetarian when I was younger. Ran into her ten years later and we had dinner at a mexican joint - she had, IIRC carnitas and chicken platter. I've had relatives do the vegetarian thing - but then they remembered they like Bacon.

Since the owner/staff wasn't stopping or evicting her, I would have organized the patrons to all walk out (at least just outside the door), and communicate that we felt we did not want to pay for our meal because of the disruption.

My complaint it the inaction of the restaurant staff. Had they acted quickly and firmly to quiet or evict her, the restaurant would have been an innocent victim. Because of their inaction, they enabled the abuse of their patrons.
