Weren't the legal challenges on the commerce clauses which wouldn't roll back any of the stupid stuff that impacts gun buyers?

I just saw two items related to this topic:

In short, there are 10k+ petitions being circulated throughout WA via distributions centers for a Recall of 1639. If you are interested, get out there and sign a petition and get others to do so as well. The timing is constrained and the procedures are very specific to get this done correctly. Don't blow it and think you can "get to it later"! That will be too late.
