Who else can see the difference between these three cases? Is it obvious the difference to anyone else?

(San Antonio, TX) Man acquitted of shooting police officer during no-knock raid.
Possible drugs found, acquitted in 9 hours.

http://www.policestateusa.com/2014/killeen-texas-fatal-raid/

(Dallas, TX) Grand Jury won't declined to even indite Central Texas man for killing Sheriff's deupty who entered his home carrying out a search warrant. Drugs were found on the person, including marijuana, plants and seedlings.

If you need a hint, apparently there is a 'color' code to this system.
