Pretty lame survival kit. No armor, no weapons, not even enough food/water to last a day. 5 wet wipes? For what, wiping off your bits after nailing the cute blonde one last time before the building is overrun by mobs of angry depositors?

Good way to fill the coffers of some politicians son/daughter/cousin though.

Maybe the only anticipate needing the bankers to endure 24 hours of hell before the troops with all the guns/armor/ammo the gov has been buying up for years come rolling in, in force to rescue them.

They spent $200,000 on 3,814 people? That's just over $52 bucks each.

They must not really care about those people.

Any serious prepper spends over $200,000 on just his family. :s0155:

They don't care about the drones - really, what would that stuff be help for other than maybe staying at work overnight. Earthquake? GTF out of the building. Fire? GTF out of the building. Terrorist attack? Good luck, and GTF out of the area.

This smacks of padding someone's pocket book in the appearance of "doing something" - or maybe it's a Psy Op to make us think that they think something is going to happen so we will go nuts.

I always laugh when I see "emergency kit" advice that doesn't even acknowledge the necessity of a weapon. At a bare minimum you need two knives and mace.

This sounds like something they were going to give away at the holiday party. I've gotten all kinds of odd things as christmas gifts at places I've worked. By far the oddest but most useful was the wine and cheese picnic kit. I took the wine glasses out, changed some of the tools, stuffed a spare handgun inside and made a pretty burly survival kit that wouldn't get a second look in the yuppy parts of town.

Sounds to me like they have to spend left over money in their annual budget (in typical government fashion) so they can at least get the same (if not an 18% increase) amount next year.
