Yes, racing is the family obsession/Achilles heel. He's retiring from running his paint shop in California and is moving up to Oregon to move in with his ex wife. Not the best idea but whatever.

It'll be fun and it will allow me to transition my other car from dual purpose to street only.

They dont emmisions test damn near 50 year cars anywhere that I know of. Even California stops at '76.
