If you can afford the time, Seattle is same day. Just don't go on a Friday (busiest day said the clerk). There was 20 in front of me a couple weeks ago. Still, I was done in under 2 hrs.

No. I walked out with paperwork and fingerprints done.

But that doesn't include the wait time for processing. Mine comes up for renewal again in May but you can apply up to 90 days ahead of time so on Feb. 19th I'll be at the Clark Co. Sheriff's office.

Any word on that wait at Clark County? I'm from Oregon, was planning on going to Clark County in an hour to apply for a WA CPL.

Just renewed mine in Clackamas county. They ask that you don't submit prior to 30 days. I submitted for renewal right at thirty days (online form) and it took about 2 weeks to receive it in the mail.
