Smith & Wesson model 29-2 4” 44 magnum one of a kind

I have had this revolver for four or five years. I haven't shot it much. Used a hunting backup. I bought it from a buddy and was told that it was ordered from Smith with the hard chrome finish. Smith sent it out to be hard chromed. Then it was boxed up and sent to the original buyer who was LEO and had a extensive relationship with Smith. The original box tag shows how it was manufactured from Smith. It has the Combat trigger. Beautiful revolver. Includes everything from the factory pictured. Shipping box, blue box, walnut presentation box, and paperwork and cleaning kit. Very nice. Vintage old style Hogue hard nylon grips. 1980 era production. So if you're looking for a one of a kind 4" Smith 44 magnum, this might be the revolver for you.
