Smith and Wesson 617

I thought I give the locals a chance on this before I have to ship. VERY nice Smith and Wesson 617 no dash 6 inch stainless steel revolver with the original fingergroove combat grips that are usually pirated and sold seperately. No box. $1150 FTF fees on the buyer.

It's a good thing I didn't know about this when I was down there, it might have followed me home and I'd be broke (again).

You aren't kidding about the grips. I recently bought one at a gun store and it said with wood grips on the tag. Guess what, all the sudden they could not find the grips. I know that it probably had the grips like in the picture above and one of the employees probably took them home. He collects K frames, so I have a very serious suspicion as to what happened. I bought it any how. It was a 617-1 and in like new condition. It cost 1 K.

Ya it gets irritating. Those grips will sell for over $200 and then they replace them with some cheap rubber grips and want the same amount of money for the gun.
