Small hand hatchet, 9 3/4" Handle appears to be plastic (stag style, maybe bone??)
Marked JAPAN, KORIUM PIC on other side. I believe this to be 50's vintage, or there about.
Full tang, bolts go thru handles. Blems on blade, tiny chip on handle..1/8 " otherwise no abuse. Does not appear to have ever been sharpened.
Feels very solid.
