Looking for a swivel plate for my AR15, ideally I'd like both a swivel ring/loop and a QD mount. I've seen several with either, but very few with both.

Spikes has an Enhanced QD Latch Plate, wondering if anyone has experience with it before I drop 70.00 on it. Or if there are any other suggestions out there.
