Hi, I'm new to SKS rifles and wanting to sell one I've had for awhile. Triangle stamp on side is 6602 and it is stamped as made in China, with another stamp that lists CJA SFLD MI. All of the serial numbers match except the stock which was obviously replaced. Bayonet is missing. Was hoping for some help before I place it in the For Sale section, I want to make sure I am advertising what I have, don't want to mislead anyone or ask too much/too little.

Thanks in advance!

I bought an almost new SKS three years ago that was much like this one. Unmolested and no bayonet. The bluing was perfect and the stock only had a few dings. Part traded, but the end price was $260. I feel that I got a good deal, so I'd second the $250-300 range.

Yeah, I see similar ones for sale for $400 meaning it's worth about $350-$380

It looks very shiny, did someone varnish the wood on that one? I bought my Yugo SKS with a thick coat of varnish on it. Not uncommon.
