Skagway - Accidental Shooting Leads to 7 Year Prison Term

Someone gets hit - that causes them to pull the trigger - the blast hits someone and injures them.
The guy on the trigger is getting the 7 years. He had not been pointing the gun at the victim. He didn't intend to shoot at the victim. Being struck caused all that.

The other tragedy is the judge ordered the shooters guns destroyed.

All of this so a prosecutor can put away a depressed old man and tick another notch on his belt.
