I would not, the price of guns are too small for me to foist a unreliable firearm n someone else. I send it back as necessary till it works, then if it has lost it's luster with me I will trade it or gift it. Nothing unreliable leaves my hands.

I had a bolt action rifle that was unreliable and I sold it. However I was very honest with the buyer about it's problem and how to work around it. I'd already sent it back and it was returned to me, but still didn't work right. By then I was done with it and wanted out. The part that really sucked was that my wife bought it as a present. Fortunately she understood.
