That's what happens when you state legislature neuters the Second Amendment. Even if people on this train would have seen the bag guy, In San Francisco, Feinstein's backyard, you'd have no way to protect yourself....Shouldn't the unconstitutional laws in California be blamed for the young mans death?

This is akin to joggers running with their ear buds in, sucking in those endorphins, diggin' on the tunes, oblivious! When one of the many hazards of the road/park jumps out and bites them they are greatly astonished!
It's sad about the young man who was randomly killed.
