Are there good prices available local to the Portland area on 9,40 and 45 cal ? I like to buy local first but so far the Internet prices are better even with shipping.

I don't think so,most shops just dont' bother carrying 'affordable' cast bullets.
some carry LaserCast but no way are they what i call affordble..not for plinking, that is for sure.
    pm in bound.

Many, many choices on the net. Not too many close to home here, but if you buy in bulk you can get some free shipping from some. I used Missouri Bullets last and I'm pretty happy with them for plinking. They don't compare to Lazer and others for accuracy though, if that' s your goal.

There is a company in Rainier that I have gotten good bullets from a few years ago, so this may be old information:
    (503) 556-3612. Performance Cast Bullets. pcbcast@cport.com. He has a lot of LBT designs. Give him a try and see what he can do for you.
