Sights for a GP100

I am not a huge fan of the factory sights on my GP100. In doing a little reading, it seems I am not alone. Does anyone else have experience in changing to aftermarket sights and/or recommendations on what would be a good alternative for old eyes outside of a scope? Thanks

Front, back sight or both?

I know they make a lot of different ones for the front.

Loved mine so never looked into different sights.

As my eyes continue to get worse, I am seriously considering a red dot so I can shoot with prescription glasses on.

I changed the front sight on my GP-100 to a fiber optic. Makes a heck of a difference for old eyes like mine. The sight came with red, green and white light pipes. Don't recall the maker but I'm sure you can find them online easy.

I was considering both. I have the red front ramp currently, but I seem to have difficulty with focusing on the sights. I have some tridium sights on my subcompact Kahr that I really like.
