I did not know they were in Oregon. Thought others as less informed as I, might find it interesting too.

Well maybe similar situation to all the knife companies located in Oregon.

We do have Leopold in Beaverton. Warne scope rings are in Tualatin. FLIR is in Wilsonville. Maybe Oregon has a talented pool of workers.

Benchmaster rifle rests are also (or atleast 'were') made in Oregon. Kershaw, CRKT, Benchmade, Al Mar, Gerber, Leatherman, Noveske, the list goes on n' on... If you haven't researched the story of John Noveske, it's worth looking into.

Yes - they do a lot of the design there, some of the manufacturing too IIRC - depending on what it is. Know someone who does some of their machine work for them on occasion.
