I have a Sig P229 with the original 40S&W barrel and I had a 9mm barrel made for it through EFK Fire Dragon Pistol Assessories. I've put over 2K rounds through the 9mm barrel and it works great. The pistol comes with the original case, 3 mags for 9mm, 3 mags for 40cal, a holster and a spare spring.
