It's made by SiG for the MPX. It interfaces with the rear picatinny rail and allows the user to install a milspec tube and stock or brace.
I'm currently on several notification lists, but if this ad is still up, I'm still looking.

I have a similar device from Thordsen Customs to use as part trade if your interested. It's a solid piece of equipment but doesn't have the folding mechanism.
