The grip module to which you are referring did not have the MS cut out but I did see your comment and to answer your question. Yes you need a flush fit base plate in order for your P365 12 round mags to fit in the XL module the 10 rounds will not fit regardless of base plate. Osagecountygun has them $5 per baseplate!
