It's time to consolidate and clear out a few duplicates, so we'll see if anyone's interested...
This started life as a factory-updated 320C-40-B (P320 Compact, 40S&W, Contrast Sights) and that's what the box says on the side. It came with two 13-rnd magazines, and a paddle holster. I put exactly two rounds through it to function test, and then had a set of SigLite sights put on it (effectively making it a 320C-40-BSS now). It is a standard medium grip profile.
The other box is a CALX-320SC-9-BSS-10 (Caliber Exchange, P320 SubCompact, 9mm, SigLite Sights, one 10-round Magazine). I put one round through it for a function test. It is a small grip profile (which I think is all Sig offers in the SubCompact now).

For FFL-required purchases (anything where the FCU is included), I am flexible to meet in the greater Portland and Vancouver area, and as far north as Longview/Kelso with some advance notice. And if you want additional pictures, just ask.

- You can buy it as a 320C-40-BSS in the original box with the original manual, lock, chamber flag, holster, and two magazines for $425.
- You can buy it as a 320SC-9-BSS-10 in the smaller box with that original manual and one magazine for $425.
- You can buy just the Compact 40S&W "Caliber Exchange kit" w/ holster and two mags for $300
- You can buy just the SubCompact 9mm Caliber Exchange kit for $300
- You can buy just the FCU for $200
